Matters 492 God, Neighbor, Love
There is but one most high spirit
that created heaven, earth and all that you see and don’t see. The name of the most high spirit has been
established by the prophets that were sent to the earth to deliver the gospel
of Love. Whether it be God, Allah or
Brahman, there is but one most high spirit as the creator. In Christianity, there is but one God as the
creator of all. In Islam, Allah is
viewed as the sole God – creator, sustainer and restorer of the world. Hindus
believe that an enlightened master, or satguru, is essential to know the
Transcendent Absolute, as are personal discipline, good conduct, purification,
pilgrimage, self-inquiry, meditation and surrender to Brahman. Brahman is the
supreme, universal spirit that is eternal and unchanging.
Following the creation of Adam and
Eve, man went sour very quick, serving the things of the devil and not of
God. Following the world-wide flood, God
sent Noah and his son’s. Japeth, Shem
and Ham, to repopulate the earth.
The Sons of Noah – Migrated in
different directions: Japheth–Europe; Shem-Asia; Ham-Africa
Not all of the children of Noah
sought fame, silver and gold. Some went
off to live life to the glory of God, loving him and loving their
neighbor. Abstaining from the things that
displeased God and doing the things that please God. God was not worried about these individuals
destroying the earth. God recognized
that man could revert to wickedness very quickly.
Following Moses receipt of the ten commandments,
specifically thou shalt not kill, (See Exodus
20:13; Deuteronomy 5:17; Matthew 5:21; Mark 10:19; Luke 18:20; Romans 13:9;
James 2:11), it was clear that man had little love of God and neighbor
Deuteronomy 5:17 – Thou shalt not
kill.
In the 1500 years from Exodus to Jesus’s
birth, at least twenty-one events are recorded where war, men and women are
slewed or killed at the hands of the captures.
Numbers 31:7,9,17 – And they warred
against the Midianites, as the LORD commanded Moses; and they slew all the
males. And the children of Israel took
all the women of Midian captives, and their little ones, and took the spoil of
all their cattle, and all their flocks, and all their goods. Now therefore kill every male among the
little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him.
Joshua 8:21 – And when Joshua and all
Israel saw that the ambush had taken the city, and that the smoke of the city
ascended, then they turned again, and slew the men of Ai.
1 Samuel 19:8 – And there was war
again: and David went out, and fought with the Philistines, and slew them with
a great slaughter; and they fled from him.
God needed to send prophets to reset
civilization to the things of God. One
world, under God with liberty, equality, peace and salvation for all. It was through the lineage of Shem that God
sent Jesus and Muhammed, bringing a message of love. God’s gospel of Love had but two
commandments. Love God. Love your neighbor and to do good. Love
for God and love for your fellow man, seven days a week.
Psalm 34:14 – Depart from evil, and
do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
Matthew 5:44 – But I say unto you,
Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you,
and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
1 Peter 3:11 – Let him eschew evil,
and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.
James 4:17 – Therefore to him that
knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
The Cow 160 Except those who repent
and do righteous deeds, and openly declare (the truth which they concealed).
These, I will accept their repentance. And I am the One Who accepts repentance,
the Most Merciful.
The Cow 165 And of mankind are some
who take (for worship) others besides Allah as rivals (to Allah). They love
them as they love Allah. But those who believe, love Allah more (than anything
else). If only, those who do wrong could see, when they will see the torment,
that all power belongs to Allah and that Allah is Severe in punishment.
Love is an integral part of Hinduism,
a religion that believes in the power of love and compassion. Hinduism teaches
that love is the essence of life and is central to attaining spiritual
enlightenment. The Bhagavad Gita is a sacred Hindu scripture that contains the
teachings of Lord Krishna to the warrior prince Arjuna. “Love is the foundation of all virtues.” This
quote from the Bhagavad Gita, one of the most revered Hindu scriptures,
highlights the belief that love is the basis for all positive qualities, such
as kindness, forgiveness, and empathy. According to Hinduism, love is the
driving force behind all thoughts, actions, and interactions, and it is through
love that one can find true happiness and fulfillment. Another quote from the Upanishads, ancient
Hindu philosophical texts, states, “Love alone is the eternal law.” This
emphasizes that love is not only a personal feeling but also a universal
principle that governs the entire cosmos. Hinduism teaches that love is the
unifying force that connects all beings and brings harmony and balance to the
world. Love is a fundamental quality of
the Supreme Being, who is described as the embodiment of pure love and
compassion. The divine love flows through all beings, animate and inanimate,
and forms the basis of all relationships and interactions.
Apparently, love of God and Love of
neighbor was too complex for the greedy, mislead and ignorant men to follow.
Popes of the Catholic church sent
solders in the form of Crusaders to conquer Muslims out of Jerusalem, in the
name of Christ, but it didn’t stop there from the 11th to the 13th
century.
Spanish conquistadors of Catholic
faith were sent to the New World to conquer the Aztec and Inca empires. These New World empires did not have a need for
war. With the conquistadors, millions
were killed and vast quantities of gold and treasures were taken back to
Spain. Instead of delivering God’s
gospel of Love, these conquistadors delivered the gospel of the devil, to hate,
steal and kill. Showing no love of God or neighbor.
Cathars or Catharism originated out
of Persia around 200 AD. It was Saint
Augustine who first used the term Cathar, in his vigorous combats against the
movement. At about the same time, around 270 AD. Cathars migrated to Northern Italy, Germany
and France. The Cathar religion is
based on gnostic dualism: on the one hand, the God of Light and good, with the
soul and the spirit, which are in opposition to the God of Darkness (the
Devil), which is the body and matter. The Cathars gave
importance only to the spirit, which returns to God, and to the soul, which
passes from one body to another by reincarnation. Their non-violence was absolute: it was
forbidden to kill, to make war, to lie and to swear. Life was purely
spiritual and the body was totally despised.
Men and women were equal and they worshipped in simplicity. They did not follow the teachings of the
Catholic church and the Roman clergy.
War was declared on the Cathars by The
Kings of France and Popes, including: the Kings: Philippe Auguste, then Louis
VIII, Louis IX and lastly Philippe VI and the Popes: Innocent III, Gregory I,
Benedict XII. Over 100,000 Cathars were
murdered and burnt in multiple Crusades in France alone. In the church of the
Madeleine alone, more than 7000 persons were massacred and an estimated 30,000
in the town. No-one escaped: heretics, Catholics, women and children were all
killed indiscriminately. Arnaud Amaury had given the order “Kill them all, God
will know his own.”
The Saint Bartholomew’s Day massacre in
1572 was a targeted group of assassinations and a wave of Catholic mob violence
directed against the Huguenots (French Calvinist Protestants) during the French
Wars of Religion. Traditionally believed to have been instigated by Queen
Catherine de’ Medici, the mother of King Charles IX,[2] the massacre started a
few days after the marriage on 18 August of the king’s sister Margaret to the
Protestant King Henry III of Navarre. Many of the wealthiest and most prominent
Huguenots had gathered in largely Catholic Paris to attend the wedding.
From the mouth of multiple witnesses,
Jesus teachings made it clear that if someone doesn’t receive the teachings
that Jesus brought, then move on! (See Matthew
10:14; Luke 9:5; Mark 6:11)
Matthew 10:14 – And whosoever shall
not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city,
shake off the dust of your feet.
God sent his prophets to bring God’s
gospel of Love, with a singular message for you and the world. For you to live God’s gospel of Love:
•
Believe in one God
•
Surrender, repent and turn from sin
•
Judge No One
•
Love God
•
Love your neighbor
•
Keep yourself in the love of God, unto eternal life
Man has perverted God’s word and
declared the prophet Jesus as god and started worshipping Jesus to save
yourself. No need for works of love for
God or love of neighbor. Man has been
deceived into thinking you can get to heaven by hating your neighbor.
After understanding God’s gospel of
Love, it is clear who God knew and knows as his own.
· Were the Cathars God’s children that
gave importance only to the spirit, which returns to God, and to the soul,
which passes from one body to another by reincarnation? Their non-violence was absolute: it was
forbidden to kill, to make war, to lie and to swear.
·
Were the Crusaders or Spanish conquistadors God’s children, who killed
and stole in the name of Christ?
When you love God with all your heart, soul and
mind, sin is a thing of the past. Love
and charity will rule your life.
1 Peter 4:7-8 – But the end of all things is at
hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer. And above all things have
fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of
sins.
The Cow 195 And spend in the Cause of Allah (i.e.
Jihad of all kinds, etc.) and do not throw yourselves into destruction (by not
spending your wealth in the Cause of Allah), and do good. Truly, Allah loves
Al-Muhsinun (the good-doers).
God will judge those that are to come into his
Kingdom.
To God be the glory in all you do, Amen.
